Yearly Activity Dues

2025/2026 YEARLY ACTIVITY DUES WILL OPEN ON MPP JULY 9, 2025

YEARLY DUES MUST BE PAID BY August 26th, 2025

On 8/27, the Yearly Activity Dues for K-12 will close on MyPaymentsPlus so we can process the t-shirt orders.
The payment option will reopen on September 8, 2025. Payments made on or before August 26 are guaranteed a Family Shirt before Family Day.
Payments made after August 26 may not guarantee a shirt before the event.

Family Day T-Shirt Exchange Process

To request a size exchange for your Family Day t-shirt, please follow these steps:

  1. Complete the T-Shirt Size Exchange Request Form: This form is required for all size exchanges and must be filled out accurately. Only unwashed, unworn shirts will be considered for exchange.

  2. Eligibility: Only parents who paid their Activity Dues by August 26 are eligible to request an exchange.

  3. For Teacher-Handled Exchanges: Return the original t-shirt to your child's teacher by 12:00 PM on Friday, September 12. Include a note with your child's name pinned to the shirt. If inventory allows, a new shirt will be sent home that same day. Exchanges are fulfilled based on available inventory and the order in which the form was submitted.

  4. For In-Person Exchanges: Visit the Business Office between 8:00 AM and 3:10 PM to submit your shirt and exchange it for the requested size. You must fill out the form before visiting. Inventory is not guaranteed.

  5. Important: No exchanges will be processed on Monday, September 16.

Please note that this form is only for size adjustments of Family Day t-shirts. Additional t-shirts or other items cannot be requested through this form, and no refunds will be issued for t-shirts or Activity Dues.

Annual dues are expected to be paid at the beginning of the year and cover the Family Day shirt, all on-campus activities, the End of Year Party, School-wide Service Projects, and more.

NOTICE ABOUT FAMILY DAY SHIRTS AND ACTIVITY DUES

Activity Dues open up on MyPaymentsPlus July 9, 2025 and that amount covers the student's Family Day Shirt.

  • Students who pay their Activity Dues BEFORE midnight on AUG 26 will receive their Family Day shirt on or before SEPT 12. 
  • Students who pay their Activity Dues AFTER midnight on AUG 26 will receive their Family Day shirt when the shirt inventory is available, with no guaranteed delivery date. 
  • Shirts will be delivered to the student's homeroom teacher. 
  • Family Day shirts are not sold individually. 
  • Sadly, students who do NOT pay the activity fee do not receive a shirt and they cannot participate in on-campus activities. 
  • Parents who do not pay the activity dues are not eligible to chaperone field trips. 
  • Optional off-campus field trips and overnight trips are NOT included in the annual activity dues.
